Lead Superintendent
Our Client , a national development/construction company, is looking for the right candidate to join their Construction Team in San Francisco.
The Lead Construction Superintendent directs the field operations for residential construction projects. They provide leadership and make decisions that contribute substantially to the on time/on budget completion of work. The Superintendent is also responsible for the scheduling of subcontractors, coordination of work with subcontractors and owners, and ensuring the quality of work meets client's standards.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 8 years experience in the residential Multi-Family Housing Industry, knowledge in all areas of construction from site development through delivery and acceptance. Computer literacy is a must and preference will be given to candidate with a Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Highrise concrete construction highly desired

Base: 100-125K plus 20% bonus, $400 car allowance, benefits
