Career Therapy (candidate career counseling)

Sometimes a candidate has hit the wall in their career or in times like these they're faced with daunting odds in the job market.  We see this every day. It's helpful to sit down with a logical third party that knows your industry inside and out, can understand your background and what you're trying to achieve. We call this type of career counseling "Career Therapy" because that is exactly what it is. Your career and mindset needs some retooling, a fresh perspective and an organized outlook. We'll help you:

• Understand exactly where you are in the market
• Determine if your present position connects to the career you want
• Analyze pathways that will get you where you want to be
• Discuss the steps you'll need to take both professionally and personally

All monthly packages include:

• 3 one hour person-to-person meetings with Kipp Gillian (maximum of 1 meeting a week). If you're from out of town we can supplement this via skype or more phone time.
• Phone calls - during your monthly package you'll have priority access to me. If I miss you I'll call you right back. I'll be available to you morning noon and night.
• Resume review and critique.
• Personal evaluation - what can you do to increase your chances of success.
• Job search training - how to know what's real and what's not online. Then how do you go about applying and getting noticed.
• Interview coaching - So many outplacement services concentrate on "not sipping cranberry juice during your interview"! Not us, we focus on the meat an potatoes of how to nail that interview.
• Follow-up - We're going to call you and keep up with you to see how're you're progressing.
