Performs a wide variety of tasks directly related to the planning, advocacy, development, and financing, of affordable housing projects from acquisition through tax credit award.

PROJECT ENGINEER - Retail Construction, Los Angeles
Will assist in the preparation of budgets, project plans, scopes of work and schedules for construction, source, negotiate, engage and supervise contractor relationships, prepare bids and manage bid process, as well as execute on project plans

PROPERTY MANAGER - Office, Industrial and Retail - Based in Los Angeles
Los Angeles based investment company, focused on acquiring value-added retail, office and industrial properties throughout the United States, seeks a seasoned Property Manager.

ASSET MANAGER - Military Housing, Georgia
Provide project-level oversight of development, construction, and property management operations for a $500+ million development
