2) Our CLIENT’S Project Managers understand the Design Intent and Vision of the Client. We resolve problems by giving solutions and submitting RFI’s at bid stage. Our best PM’s effectively scrutinize, justify and communicate subcontractor change orders within 1 week of submittal to owner. We manage our client’s money as if it were our own.
3) Our CLIENT’S Project Managers are engaged in the daily management of the project and utilize effective communications. They take responsibility of their projects including daily verbal communication and support of the superintendent.
4) Our CLIENT’S Project Managers build a successful team of superintendent and subcontractors and clearly communicate project needs at the pre-construction meeting. All subcontracts are issued prior to job start ensuring the success of “On Time Completion – Zero Punch Turn”.
5) Our CLIENT’S Project Managers ensure the financial success on our projects at or above client's gross profit expectation. They successfully negotiate with owners and subcontractors and write detailed subcontracts that eliminate field disputes.

Qualifications: Assume project responsibility from preconstruction through closeout to include but not limited to: client relations, subcontractor relations, constructability, team collaboration, project schedule, reports and budgets. Set up and maintain all documents that will pertain to the project to ensure procedural and contractual compliance. Initiate and maintain positive working relationships with clients, architectural/engineering contacts, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and other project team members. Provide an accurate monthly job cost commitment report, over/under billings and cash flow projection for active projects. Assume responsibility for the monthly billing procedure to ensure it is completed in a timely and accurate manner; set up project billing projections at start of project, review and approve subcontractor invoices and verify timely collection of receivables. Manage subcontractor performance in conjunction with Field Operations and take action to resolve performance issues. Collaborate with on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule, within budget and meets or exceeds quality standards and client expectations. Salary: 80 to 100K based on experience, bonus is based on performance
Experience: We are looking for 5 to 10 years of t.i. retail construction experience. BS in Construction or Architecture is preferred.
