Client's Los Angeles office is currently seeking a motivated senior level Project Manager to enhance our West Coast Ports & Marine team.
The Ports & Marine division of PB provides diverse planning and engineering services for the ports and marine sector. Our group is comprised of highly motivated planners and engineers with a variety of technical backgrounds including civil, environmental, ocean and structural engineering and port planning, working in several key locations across the US. Our strength is derived from the diversity of our marine-related work and our staff.
The position offers career growth with opportunities to work on major ports and marine projects both nationally and internationally. Specific duties associated with this position include business development, identifying and pursuing project opportunities, client relationship development, and managing projects, tasks and staff for marine facility projects, including various types of cargo terminals (e.g. container, bulk, break-bulk).

| Requirements: |
The successful applicant must have experience in developing client relations; successfully winning project work; developing and maintaining project scopes, schedules, budgets; and mentoring staff. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills and must have demonstrated project management, marketing and supervision skills and management aptitude. Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (a master's degree is preferred); plus a minimum of fifteen years of relevant experience in port, shipping terminal or marine related industry. A California PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months) is desired.
