Position: Senior Vice President Department: Commercial Supervisor: President Division: CPG
Job Summary: Manage and lead regional group while performing functions outlined below.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish goals and evaluate performance for the investment group. • Provide direction to and be a resource for the Vice Presidents and Project Managers (all levels). • Manage and lead regional group, Vice Presidents, Senior Project managers, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and support staff (including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, hotel, land and military base conversion). • Oversee development; venture relationship, asset management, investment activities, and sales for all projects in the region. • Review and approve all documentation and invoices related to investments. • Source, negotiate and close new investment opportunities. • Member of regional executive committee responsible for policies and procedures related to region. • Establish and monitor region’s portion of the annual fiscal year business plan. • Establish and monitor long-range goals for the region. • Coordinate and negotiate acquistions, contracts, leases and sales for commercial projects within the region. • Effectively represent company in the marketplace as head development professional for the region.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Proficiency in windows based environment. • Excellent communication and negotiating skills. • Excellent financial analysis skills. • Excellent land entitlement and construction skills. • Excellent marketing skills.
Education and Experience:
• Minimum 15 years experience in the real estate development field or equivalent.
