Blank Street Coffee has signed a new lease for 960 square feet at The Westly, a mixed-use development featuring 52 residences for sale at 91st Street and Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.  The ground-floor retail portion of The Westly is now 100% leased prior to building completion with tenants including Blank Street and Bond Vet in place.

Verada represented the building’s ownership, Adam America Real Estate and Northlink Capital, in both leasing transactions.

“Blank Street Coffee is not only a great additional amenity in The Westly, but it also blends well with the mix of quality retail and amenity offerings in immediate proximity to the building,” said Ron Vaksin, managing partner at Adam America.

“Blank Street has quickly become a fan favorite spot for coffee throughout NYC and beyond,” said Brendan Thrapp, managing partner at Verada. “They will be a welcome amenity for residents and the neighborhood alike.”
