Blank Street Coffee has signed a new lease for 960 square feet at The Westly, a mixed-use development featuring 52 residences for sale at 91st Street and Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The ground-floor retail portion of The Westly is now 100% leased prior to building completion with tenants including Blank Street and Bond Vet in place.
Verada represented the building’s ownership, Adam America Real Estate and Northlink Capital, in both leasing transactions.
