The Kidder Mathews’ duo of Zach Vall-Spinosa and Andy Miller represented Sterling Realty Organization in the $45 million disposition of The Lake Tye Business Campus in Monroe, WA. Redmond 8660, LLC was the buyer of the 12.6-acre flex-industrial property.

The complex, located at 14655 Fryelands Blvd. SE., is in the heart of the Monroe industrial district. It was constructed in phases between 2004 and 2019, and now comprises eight buildings totaling over 214,000 square feet. The Lake Tye Business Campus is 99% leased to a diversified tenant roster.

The property is situated about one mile south of U.S. Highway 2E, which allows direct access to the Everett area, and is also only one mile from Highway 522, providing an easy connection to the Port of Seattle and Sea-Tac Airport, both less than 40 miles away.
