Midwest Industrial Funds recently hosted a groundbreaking event for its latest Class A development at 1303 Jack Ct., Bartlett, IL, within the Brewster Creek Business Park. Situated on a 26-acre site, the 400,112-quare-foot building is being constructed on a speculative basis and is suitable for a multitude of uses, including distribution, assembly and manufacturing.

MIF Construction LLC is the design-build general contractor for the project with V3 and Partners in Design providing engineering and design services. The Lee & Associates team of Michael Androwich Jr., John Cassidy and Chris Nelson is marketing the building for lease or sale on behalf of Midwest Industrial Funds.

Justin Fierz, principal with Midwest Industrial Funds, said, “This parcel is the last large, 20-acre-plus site within the Brewster Creek Business Park, which has been a great economic success over the years.”
