The community also has an indoor heated pool, steam room and dry sauna, fitness center, yoga studio and resident lounge/game room. Corsican has one- and two-bedroom floorplans with an average unit size of 820 sf. The property is situated a few blocks from Cheesman Park and the Denver Botanic Gardens and two miles from downtown Denver. Numerous restaurants, bars and other amenities are also within walking distance. 

A CBRE team, lead by Justin Hunt represented the seller. “Corsican offered a rare opportunity to acquire an iconic Cheesman Park tower that had never previously traded. This community provides some of the best views in Denver, a robust amenity package, and has some of the greatest parking in the neighborhood,” said Hunt.
