Inland Empire-based retail brokerage firm Progressive Real Estate Partners, has completed a lease with Target for a new location at the Vineyard Freeway Center in Ontario, CA. The retailer will occupy 70,000 square feet of the former Kmart building at the location adjacent to Interstate 10, when it opens in the third quarter of 2023.

“We are excited to welcome Target to the center. Between the re-tenanting of the former Kmart and the remodel, the center has been transformed into a modern day shopping destination and will provide the local community with more convenient shopping options,” said Progressive Real Estate’s Paul Galmarini who, along with the firm’s Paul Su, represented the lessor in the deal. CBRE’s Jeff Nichols and Ryan Sullivan represented Target.

The Vineyard Freeway Center is home to a variety of daily needs services and food users including Golden Corral and The Habit Burger (coming soon).
