Getting from point A to point B in a subdivision is pretty important. San Antonio is close to providing some key roadways that will allow two westside projects to realize their potential.

Tres Laurels, a 300-acre subdivision in the works by San Antonio-based Mosaic Development, includes plans for nearly 1,000 new home lots, 20 acres dedicated to build-to-rent and multifamily properties and a new school.

The San Antonio Business Journal reports that an agreement with Bexar County filled is one more piece of the puzzle: an access corridor running through the development connecting two of the city’s major roadways.

The southernmost stretch of the roadway, which leads to Mosaic’s Tres Laurels development, is slated to wrap up soon. The agreement, which includes Convergence Brass, another master-planned developer north of Tres Laurels, represents a compromise that seems to have worked out in favor of all parties involved.
