“The LookOut provides a multi-use space with sweeping views of Downtown Chicago for tenants to enjoy as a meeting space, a lounge, a workout facility and more,” said Andrew Farbman, CEO of Farbman. “Our ability to partner with Soul Studios and give back to the community in a meaningful way is also an important part of this transformational space.”
Farbman partnered with Michigan-based Soul Studio, an art program and gallery by the nonprofit Friendship Circle, an organization that provides adults with special needs a space to connect through art.
For the space, Farbman commissioned a piece, “Rhythmic Grid Space” by artist Aislinn Wendrow. This is Wendrow’s second commissioned piece by Farbman, with the first featured in the firm’s Bingham Office Center in Michigan.
Connect Industrial Midwest 2024 will take place on March 5, 2024, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, Illinois. Click here for more information and to register.
