A very large truck parking lot in Commerce City was acquired by Semi-Stow. Hampton Yards purchased the parcel in 2021 for $6.94 million and sold it for $18.5 million. The company said it had to get a rezoning on the piece, as well as perform a major cleanup on it. The 20-acre outdoor storage property includes a nearly 2,000-square-foot office building built in 1957.

The property is situated near the intersection of Interstate 270 and Brighton Blvd., a short drive to both Downtown Denver and the Denver International Airport.

Semi-Stow provides solutions for short- and long-term truck and trailer parking needs with more than 30 locations nationwide. It’s the company’s first Denver area acquisition.
