VICE PRESIDENT of OPERATIONS
Our Client is a privately held real estate investment company, with its wholly owned Construction and Property Management Company. This pivotal role will partner with the founder of the company to establish, plan, and execute on short and long-term business strategies for healthy business operations and growth. The Vice President of Operations , in consultation with line of business leads and others, will develop, implement, and oversee a set of systems and processes that govern how the organization operates. The VPO role is primarily internal, though in certain instances may include external responsibilities, as well.
The VP Operations will work on a peer level with the heads of the internal General Contracting Property Management entities and will report directly to the overall CEO.
