MULTIFAMILY INVESTMENT MANAGER, San Diego, CA.
1. PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Reporting to the VP of Asset Management, the position is primarily responsible for overseeing the financial condition of each assigned asset to include pre-development, development, construction, property management, financing & restructuring of the capital stack and eventual sale & closing process. Most emphasis will be during the lease-up, management and sale or recapitalization of each asset as this role will directly oversee these areas. The Asset Manager’s overall responsibility is to maximize asset value through strategic management of operations and execution of the capitalization, recapitalization and sale process.
