A 211,000-square-foot warehouse along Atlanta’s Beltline Westside Trail has decided to forego the typically nondescript look of an industrial park. Instead, it invited a number of local street artists to adorn the walls.

Urbanize Atlanta reports the building, at 1200 White St., is owned by Ackerman and Co. and Baltisse. It was formerly a Sony movie studio, but has since been altered to appeal to users interested in 8,000 square feet of offices, expandable to 60,000 square feet.

Among the tenants, the building has health and beauty specialty shops and a 35,000-square-foot pickleball facility. Plans at 1200 White St. call for adding a variety of uses, including restaurants, retail, experiential, creative office, and “high value-add industrial” uses.

A new extension of the Beltline’s Westside Trail is planned beside the building, with a goal of opening in 2027.
