Perlo Construction, a Portland metro-based general contractor, announced the grand opening of its new office in Tacoma, Washington, located in Tacoma Centre.
Founded in the 1950s, Perlo has a long history of construction in Washington State. “After decades of providing construction services in Washington State, establishing a permanent office in Tacoma is a natural evolution for us,” said Chris Gregg, President of Perlo.
The Tacoma office will be led by Jordan Peterson, Director of Operations, who has been a key contributor to Perlo for more than 15 years. Peterson will play a central role in building local partnerships, supporting project teams, and guiding the strategic growth of Perlo’s Washington operations.
As Perlo celebrates its 70th anniversary this year, the company continues to serve clients such as Amazon, Panattoni Development Company, Prologis, Schnitzer Properties, Specht Properties and Trammell Crow Company, among others. The company’s headquarters is located in Tualatin, Oregon, with teams serving clients throughout the country.
