Trademark Property Co. will start construction on a 40-acre mixed-use development, $120 million development in Southlake in the spring. The company scored its rezoning in October.

Called Shivers Farm, it will feature 110,000 square feet of retail, 38,000 square feet of office space and 37 single-family lots.
