There are currently 43 Salad and Go locations in Dallas. The company did not say which stores will be shutting down.
The drive-thru salad chain has been growing quickly, doubling its store count over the past two years, and in 2024 it opened a central kitchen facility in Garland, Texas, that could support 500 restaurants.
The company says the move will allow Salad and Go to focus on strengthening its presence in Dallas and invest more in improving its quality.
The company opened its first Texas location in 2021 in Plano.
