Wells Fargo & Co. has opened a new regional campus in Las Colinas. Employees began working at the two-tower, 855,000-square-foot office campus in August, and move-ins continued through September.

The Dallas Business Journal reports that the $455 million project, developed by KDC Real Estate Development & Investments, broke ground in 2023. Additional partners on the project included Corgan, Kimley-Horn and Austin Commercial.

The building will house 4,000 employees. Wells Fargo’s campus features a large cafeteria with seating for 276 people and conference rooms outfitted with the latest technology. Oversized amenities include a 1,025-square-foot gym and a 1,135-square-foot multipurpose studio. Each floor features a communal kitchen and relaxation rooms.

Wells Fargo, based in San Francisco, owns additional land adjacent to the towers that can be developed for future expansion.
