JLL has appointed Sarah Wexler as Managing Director within the Consumer Goods and Services division. Wexler will lead strategic initiatives across retail and professional services sectors, leveraging her deep global expertise in retail strategy, transformation and design.
Daniel Management Group (DMG) has hired Ian Bingham as senior vice president of business development, and Gzim Durakovic, as director of maintenance. Bingham brings more than 27 years of industry experience in market rate, affordable, student housing throughout North America with a focus on the Midwest. Gzim joins the DMG maintenance leadership team with more than a decade of experience in construction and facilities management across multifamily and mixed-use portfolios.
NAI Hiffman announced the appointment of Puja Doshi, CPA, as chief financial officer. Doshi will oversee the firm’s financial strategy, planning and operations, and brings two decades of financial experience, most recently as global head of financial planning and analysis for leasing advisory at JLL.
Cinnaire has appointed of Josh Ghena as President of Cinnaire Equity Partners (CEP). Ghena has served as Interim President since June 2025, and became the sole leader of CEP on August 31, 2025, following the retirement of Ryan Robinson. During the past three and a half years managing Cinnaire’s equity business, Ghena and the CEP team successfully closed more than $1.8 billion in LIHTC equity, providing 14,501 units of safe, affordable housing in rural and urban areas across Cinnaire’s footprint.

Stephens brings more than 20 years of experience advising institutional investors, private equity firms, and family offices across the U.S., with a proven track record of executing more than $5 billion in transactions and advisory assignments over the past five years. Stephens is a Midwest regional lead of Partner’s National Multifamily Practice and a member of the National Self-Storage Practice.
The Chicago Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) presented the Richard G. Levy Presidents Award to Geoffrey Kasselman, SIOR, chief executive officer of Evoke Partners. The award was given at SIOR Chicago’s Holiday Luncheon and it was presented by Ryan Moen, SIOR, the 2025-2026 president of the SIOR Chicago Chapter and principal and co-founder of Versa Real Estate Services.
Cushman & Wakefield announced that Andy Jansen has joined the company as President of Project & Development Services (PDS) based in the firm’s Chicago headquarters office. Jansen will set the vision for the business, shaping and executing the full-scale Americas PDS strategy to drive growth. He will be responsible for mobilizing resources, championing the implementation of technology solutions for efficient service delivery, and developing a next-generation sales methodology.
