Kidder Mathews announced that Tim Weber has joined the firm as executive vice president in its Tacoma office.
Weber brings more than three decades of experience specializing in retail commercial real estate across the Puget Sound region, with deep expertise in tenant and landlord representation, as well as buyer and seller advisory services. He joins Kidder Mathews after spending 32 years at First Western Properties, where he served as president and principal.
Weber reunites with a team he helped build at his prior firm, including Don Whittles, Blake Weber, and Ned Whalen, all of whom joined the Kidder Mathews Tacoma office in 2025. The team has long-standing client relationships, representing a diverse roster of local, regional, and national brands, including 7-Eleven, Les Schwab Tires, Wells Fargo, Wendy’s, Starbird Chicken, Safelite, and The UPS Store.
