Cushman & Wakefield announced the sale of Andrews Industrial Center, a newly constructed, Class A industrial facility located at 9211 Old Pike Way in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, for $31.3 million.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Northeast Industrial Advisory Group, including Jonathan Carpenter, Graham Savage, Dawes Milchling, and James Check, represented the seller in the transaction, a joint venture between TPG Angelo Gordon and High Street Logistics Properties.

Completed in 2024, Andrews Industrial Center totals 116,550 square feet and is strategically positioned adjacent to Joint Base Andrews, with immediate access to Interstates 495 and 95, providing efficient connectivity throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. The property is partially leased to a logistics company.

“Transactions like Andrews Industrial Center underscore the continued depth of investor demand for modern, infill industrial assets in the greater Washington, D.C. region,” said Carpenter.
