Newmark hired industry veterans Andrew Jennison as vice chairman and Daniel Pickart as senior managing director. Based in the Century City office, the team will contribute to the growth of Newmark’s Private Capital Market platform, focused on private investment advisory in the $10-million to $100-million range while also specializing in strategic agency leasing and tenant assignments.
Jennison has completed approximately $10 billion in transactional volume throughout his nearly 25-year career in both leasing and capital markets sales in Los Angeles and beyond. A veteran of more than 12 years in the industry, Pickart has executed in excess of $2 billion in transaction volume, representing notable occupiers, developers and landlords.
“Andrew and Daniel’s extensive experience and proven track record make them valuable additions to the team,” said Nick DiPaolo, regional managing director, Southwest market leader. “We expect their strategic insights and deep industry knowledge to play a crucial role in expanding our Private Capital Group in Los Angeles.”
Jennison joins Newmark from Industry Partners and previously served at Madison Partners and Colliers. Pickart also joined from Industry Partners and before that worked in ground-up commercial development.
