Precision for Medicine, LLC, a clinical development company based in Bethesda, MD, has renewed and expanded its leases with St. John Properties, Inc. at Riverside Tech Park in Frederick, Maryland. The company, operating globally, has been leasing space from St. John Properties in Frederick since 1999. They currently occupy the entire 75,000 square foot building at 8425 Precision Way and intend to expand into an additional 41,040 square feet at 8440 Broadband Drive, a new 52,080 square foot building.
St. John Properties recently completed construction of two new flex/R&D buildings at 8440 and 8450 Broadband Drive, totaling approximately 103,000 square feet. Riverside Tech Park, situated within the I-270 Technology Corridor, is adjacent to research institutions such as the National Cancer Institute and Frederick National Lab for Cancer Research.
