Century Communities is proposing Fulshear Junction, a 126.9-acre development in Fort Bend County. The development will be located north of FM 1093 and west of Wallis Street, adjacent to the Polo Ranch community.

The development is set to include 251 single-family homes on 100 acres, five commercial and mixed-use areas totaling 21.21 acres, shops, restaurants, offices and a national daycare facility already under contract.

The earliest homes could be anticipated to be constructed summer 2025, though the development agreement states only 100 homes can be built in the first 12 months, followed by 100 in the next 12 months and the remaining following.

Century says it specializes in everything from single-family homes to townhomes, paired homes and condos in 18 states and over 45 markets across the U.S.

Fulshear is located on the western edge of the Houston–The Woodlands–Sugar Land metropolitan area. The population was 16,856 as of the 2020 census.
