Hines has nearly doubled its New York City office space with a 12-year lease at 555 Greenwich+345 Hudson in Hudson Square. Currently occupying over 17,000 square feet at 345 Hudson, Hines will add 15,000 square feet in the newly completed 555 Greenwich.
